@hayuhelps how is it possible that audio still keeps skipping on Apple TV? Can’t watch an episode of anything without restarting the episode every three minutes? Surely, there must be a fix for this

@hayuhelps There seem to be a few very common issues (the Apple TV issue, sound being out of sync, app crashing, constantly being prompted to log in again…) and all y’all do is answer “we sent you a DM!” How about actually posting the solutions to these very many malfunctions publicly?

@hayuhelps And even then, the audio track skips half the time and is no longer aligned with the picture. This app is a true mess.

@hayuhelps I did, but the suggestions are actually one more step than deleting/reinstalling the app so it’s not actually very helpful. Either way, it’s a hell of a lot of steps to take every time you want to get a streaming app to work.
