@MattStibbs Oh do not give me any credit, please.

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@Se_Railway @UpbeatAl Sure, let me know if someone fancies a chat.

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@Se_Railway Is that not what the gates are for? Weird.

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@Se_Railway @UpbeatAl I'll step back here for the person with this evening's experience. I'm telling you that it is a shared experience.

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@Se_Railway 'revenue blocks' seems like deliberately obfuscatory language here. You are checking tickets, as you should be.

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@Se_Railway @UpbeatAl Just to remind you (not personally) that the people who are suffering from this have either paid 6k for a season ticket or have been guided by Google maps to this route. Saying 'hey, just miss your connection and wait an additional hour, soz' is not brilliant.

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@virginmedia Thanks - I've solved my actual problem but still getting a message to call you!

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@virginmedia I'm having issues with my WiFi, have logged in to my account, tested my connection and it's asking me to call you. Called and it's all automated, it eventually offers me a text with a link back to the text, then hangs up. Please help!

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@virginmedia About 5 times 😱

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@virginmedia That's right - no issue in my area

@oecampbell @leeky Context is everything 😂

Medway council meeting last night sounded pretty disgraceful. Apparently it takes deep consideration to understand that car parks shouldn't be named after slavers. Can't believe anyone even has to give more than 5 second's thought to it.

[Dr Frances Hawkes @framaha]

@CllrStuartT @MedwayPolitics @TurpinRupert Deeply disturbing that our Cllrs lack the moral compass to understand this should have been acted on immediately (for it is obviously grossly inappropriate).

Refusing to change this name on the pretext that you couldn’t immediately audit/ remove other examples is disingenuous.

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@jaCattell Favourite mug, because mostly I have coffee in front of me on any calls

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@annkempster I liked 'ToMs' - the target and the model being the most important bits of it, rather than merely operating... 😂

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

@MedwayAdultEd Hi - I'm really struggling to get info about this one. Searching for GDPR in the directory returns no results. Once I have found it, there's no timing info on the page. Enquiring means creating an account, but I don't know what I'm creating an account in. Help!

[Alex Jackson @lexij]

We've shared some of what the team's been up to. Make things better! (Also there's a deadline in September 😁)

[dxw @dxw]

We build accessible services and websites that can be used by everyone. We’ve developed a new accessibility service to help the public sector comply with new regulations, and wanted to share our approach to making websites accessible #accessibility #a11y https://t.co/ZyXV5IsT6x
