the reason we are seeing more trans-involved shootings is because their whole identity is built on deception and lies and truth is starting to be told.
when someone is told a false story about who they are and they live inside that illusion for years, the moment reality pushes back is devastating. the foundation of self collapses.
everyone knows a man cannot become a woman and vice versa, even the ones pushing trans ideology. but take a teenager, pump them with hormones, feed them lies for years, and when they grow up and reality finally asserts itself the collapse is brutal.
collapse breeds despair. despair turns into alienation, then resentment. once you start resenting reality itself because it does not conform to your story, everyone who embodies it becomes an enemy. hatred and violence follow
that is why these cases look more common now. in the past decade we created a generation trapped in deception and that was taught to lie. now that truth is finally harder to suppress, many are being forced to face it, and some are breaking in public instead of in private.
so the apparent overrepresentation is not random. a culture of lies produced alienated people. we built too many of them, and now as the mask slips, some are snapping.
gm many of the people you interact with daily right now will end up being leaders of the space in the next few years.
Millionaires/billionaires will be made right in front of your eyes. Don’t miss the boat.
NFT God only exists because of a gay dating app
No joke
2015 I have a soul sucking job in Boston
Completely lost as a human being
My boss asks me to code a gay dating app
What I did next changed my entire life and put me on a trajectory to where I am today:
At the time the company I worked for was trying to sell analytics software to Grindr
In order to demo the software to them, my boss wanted me to build a demo dating app
So I spend the week programming the app for my iPhone
I add all my male coworkers for a little fun (some appreciated it)
Up to this point I had 0 confidence in my life
I got terrible grades in every level of education
I was 3 months removed from getting fired from my last job
I was 25 and 100% convinced I was a moron who was going to lead a mediocre life
I ship the app to my boss and they run the demo
Next day Grindr buys the software for hundreds of thousands of dollars
My boss sends an email out to the entire company the praising my work. Saying it was instrumental in the deal
This email changed my life. No joke
It was legit the first encouragement I got in a professional setting after years of compounding failure
It was at that moment I realized what I was capable of
If I truly applied myself and put in work, I could actually improve as a human being. I wasn't some idiot like I convinced myself I was
This is where my whole ‘1% better every day’ mindset stems from
Before this moment I never really put in an effort to get better because I had 0 confidence
Now I realized if I spent a little time learning something new, I actually get more powerful
And if I were to do that every day, the possibilities would be endless
I went back that night and taught myself HTML 5
And I haven’t stopped learning since
NFT God doesn’t exist unless I find the confidence I gained from building that app
No joke
It sounds ridiculous, but one small opportunity, one small decision and effort can light a spark in you that changes your life
If you’re reading this and you’re like I was, kinda lost and not sure what to do with your life, keep fighting
Keep searching for that spark that will wake something up in you
If you just aim to get a little better every day, I promise it will eventually work out
Keep pushing
9 months ago members of a Russian mob hacked my computer and stole $150,000 of digital assets
Today, a portion of that was returned to me by the security team at Binance
I was never expecting to sniff a penny of that money again
The Russian hackers were tracked for months, with money being seized bit by bit as they moved the funds around
I'm honestly moved to tears thinking about this
I've talked about it before, but that event changed my life
Horribly at first, then incredibly in the long term
The pain changed me
It strengthened me
It put me on a different path. A path I believe has gotten me closer to my goals
In a really weird way, I'm grateful for the event happening.
I don't think I accomplish as much as I have without facing that kind of pain.
In an ironic turn, I don't think I quit my job to start my business without losing all of that money 9 months ago
The universe has a funny way of working.
Sometimes it needs to take you to hell to get you closer to heaven.
Keep pushing
The biggest mistake you can make on X:
Getting in the mud with anyone
There are so many trolls that will try to tear you down as you grow
Complete losers who want nothing more than to make you as miserable as them
I’m John Wick with the mute button
As my mom once said:
If you have weeds in the garden, remove them
