@Delta Two keys to drastically reduce jet lag…
1) Drink a glass of water for every hr you’re in the air. You dehydrate in compression, which can cause headaches & other side effects.
2) 24 hrs prior to travel eat meals at destination meal time. It helps your bio clock adjust faster
@eavoss ⚠️I'm surprised y'all haven't touched one GLARING EASTER EGG - Luthen is Hari from Asimov's Foundation! His lines about a "formula" & when talking to Saw "You're the random factor". This is a delightful call back to the influential roots of Foundation in Lucas's universe.
Ridiculous.
All the way up to & through 9th grade…

A harsh truth of sport is that you can work hard, sacrifice, dedicate yourself, and still fail. You aren’t guaranteed a college scholarship, a starting spot, an all-conference selection. Hard work is the baseline for entry, not a guarantee of success.
Every time these horrible platforms release a new list of youth player ratings I feel the need to say again, these sites are staffed by vultures making lists of kids they don’t know, haven’t seen, and don’t have the knowledge to rate even if the first two points were different.
While soccer ⚽️ isn’t as bad as ⚾️ 🏈 & 🏀 I still find all these numbers highly disturbing.
High parental expectations of their children often causes anxiety in their kids as they strive, worry & struggle about not letting their parents down.

.@DanAbrahams77 Great interview with Don recently. Thanks for sharing your wisdom. I also have a swimmer. Given that you're focused on Soccer and Golf, can you recommend any swim sports psychologists?
@Don_K_Williams what’s your take on the data coming from cognitive tests like S2? How much do you see colleges using these scores more and more for recruiting?
