📣Representatives of the ALLATRA International Public Movement took part in the international Youth Changemakers Forum on the theme “Generations Working Together,” which took place on February 27 at the United Nations Office in Vienna.

📶The forum brought together young leaders, experts, diplomats, and representatives of public organizations from more than 25 countries to discuss the role of youth in addressing global challenges and strengthening intergenerational cooperation. Participants exchanged ideas and initiatives aimed at sustainable development, social change, and international collaboration.

On November 16, 2025, Maryna Ovtsynova, President of the ALLATRA International Public Movement, together with the ALLATRA delegation, visited the Provincial Curia of the Society of Jesus in Bolivia at the gracious invitation of Reverend Father Bernardo Mercado, Provincial Superior of the Society of Jesus in Bolivia.

Father Bernardo warmly welcomed the delegation and provided a thoughtful tour of the Curia, highlighting the diverse areas of the Society’s work across Bolivia. He presented key initiatives in education, scientific research, communications, and social outreach, including compassionate support for the most vulnerable and the provision of essential assistance to those facing difficult life circumstances.

The dialogue included a reflective exchange on the outcomes of ALLATRA’s recent participation in COP30 and the exploration of meaningful pathways for continued cooperation. Central to the discussions were the protection of our Common Home, as articulated in Laudato Si’ by His Holiness Pope Francis, the urgent challenge of nanoplastic pollution, and the vital importance of supporting indigenous communities and promoting sustainable societal development.

The ALLATRA International Public Movement extends its deep gratitude to Father Bernardo Mercado for his gracious hospitality, his openness, and the opportunity for an insightful exchange of visions regarding collaborative service to society. We are living in an era when life on Earth is disappearing faster than ever since the age of the dinosaurs. Currently, the extinction rate of species is a thousand times higher than the natural extinction rates, making our time one of the most devastating periods in all of history in terms of biodiversity loss.

🏛️ ALLATRA Hosts Congressional Briefing Exposing Cognitive Warfare as a Threat to National Security

On September 30, at the Rayburn House Office Building on Capitol Hill, a high-level Congressional Briefing titled “Cognitive Warfare: Influence, Info-Terrorism, and Manipulation” was held under the platform of ALLATRA International Public Movement. The event brought together policymakers, security experts, and human rights advocates.

Maryna Ovtsynova, President of ALLATRA, warned that cognitive warfare corrodes societies from within and called for decisive action to counter this threat. Experts identified a transnational anti-cult network backed by Russia’s FSB as a key player in spreading disinformation and psychological violence across borders.

Among the speakers, Taliy Shkurupiy, OSINT Analyst and Human Rights Activist, presented the case of Jakub Jahl, publicly accused of crimes against minors and protected by officials tied to the FSB-backed network. Kayla Gubov, Chair of YJC, spoke on the spread of antisemitic hate and disinformation online, warning that such manipulation erodes democratic trust. Mark Yang, Advocacy Officer at the Falun Dafa Information Center, highlighted the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China, including torture and forced organ harvesting. Jason Bell, U.S. Army veteran and educator, shared how he became a victim of a defamation campaign targeting ALLATRA in the U.S., suffering reputational and financial harm, which shows how foreign propaganda can damage the lives of ordinary Americans.

Dick Heller, Second Amendment advocate known for the landmark Supreme Court case District of Columbia v. Heller, expressed support for the briefing and praised its focus on defending constitutional freedoms against foreign psychological operations.

The event concluded with a call for Congressional investigation into the anti-cult network, the Jakub Jahl case, and for protection of First Amendment rights from coordinated cognitive warfare.
