A couple weeks ago I realized that my brain was full of other people's thoughts as a result of social media.
I dont even spend that much time here... I scroll twitter/instagram mid day and at night. I watch youtube occasionally. Maybe 2 podcast episodes per week.
But this dose was enough to fill my brain with random information that I didn't need.
I realized this because whenever I had peace and quiet (shower, walks, right before sleeping) I'd notice that my thoughts did not come from me. They were not my original ideas. They were that of someone else - usually an internet stranger blabbering on social media.
This deeply irked me so I instantly deleted all my social media and this has probably been the best decision I have made this year.
It literally feels like I have detoxed my brain. I am crystal clear mentally and it keeps getting better. I can work more hours and ideas float to the front of my consciousness with less effort.
It's almost like before, my ideas were caught in the murk of useless information and I couldn't notice them. Now I can and as a result my work has improved.
More creative, more optimistic, more productive, less anxious, less stupid. Zero FOMO. Because the reality is that 99% (if not 100%) of the information you consume on social media has 0 positive impact on your life. I used to think I had to keep up with business/AI stuff on twitter... it's really all useless and you don't need any of it.
I have no plans on stopping. Maybe I'll commit for the rest of the year (I'm posting this through another platform so I don't have to login to twitter)
So if you read all the way down here this is your sign. Try it.
What are you even doing scrolling twitter right now... do you even remember anything you read before reading this post?
Is the feed helping or hurting your mental clarity?
It's time to detox your brain. The good news is you're only a 5, 6, 7 days away from mental clarity you hadn't had since you were a child.
Do it literally now. Delete everything, or download an app to lock everything. Mark your calendar 5 days from now and tell yourself you'll download everything again (you might want to keep going)
UPDATE ON THE LOW TICKET FUNNEL:
1) No more low ticket webinars
They were going well.
But we're booking plenty calls without them.
And they were a ton of work to do every week.
So I removed them from my plate.
And hired someone to do paid webinars separately.
Got to stay locked in on what really moves the needle.
For example:
2) Product
I've been reading about great entrepreneurs recently.
#1 takeaway is that customer success is their north star.
Most marketers neglect this.
So the main question this month has been:
How can we make our products INSANELY good?
I want our customers to pay and immediately feel like they got WAY more than they paid for.
Its pretty simple, most people just don't pay attention to this.
And finally:
3) Sales process
Since we started ramping up this offer in February...
We haven't touched the sales process.
Our show rates and close rates were strong.
So I haven't touched anything.
But now that I have extra time... I am increasing the intensity here.
I hired another closer, am dialing in our pre call systems, and perfecting our pitch deck.
These 3 changes are going to set us up for success big time in May and beyond.
Last weeks webinar:
- $3.1k spent over 7 days
- $28k revenue (total)
- $25k cc (high ticket only)
We had 137 registrants
And 39 people live
Terrible show rate, really small live room, but still crushed.
Why?
#1 - URGENCY
We are selling a cohort which started today. Doors close, nobody can join after.
We tell people the truth - we don’t know when we’re going to do the next one.
People can’t help but buy.
I know this because we got 3 PIFs yesterday (Saturday) including a buzzer beater at 11:30pm
#2 - LEVERAGED ORGANIC
Last week my media buyer made a huge mistake and killed our biggest campaign 🥀🥀
So I cut our spend in half
And hit our email list
I sent 3 emails digging deep into people’s pain points.
So yes - this didn’t only come from paid.
It wasn’t an 8.8 ROAS like it says below.
But there was nothing holding me back from capitalizing on our audience
And interestingly, it’s pretty small - this creator has 5k email subs and 10k followers on IG
But it works because our offer + messaging is ultra dialed
Going into march im pretty excited:
- Hired a killer to run our Instagram
- Doing 3 webinars
- Loads of new ad creatives
- Team is stoked & locked in
So time to get to work.
Wishing you a successful month 🥂

"Low ticket doesn't attract good clients"
False
Last month 95% of our high ticket sales ($3997 and $7500) were PIFs
Fulfillment team confirms they're awesome to work with, accountable, good energy, etc.
Don't listen to shit that limits you ever, you can just try things and they might work out
Low ticket funnels are very simple.
If you want to pay $0 to book sales calls here’s exactly what to do:
FIRST:
Create a high quality course designed to deliver a small but noticeable result in 7-30 days.
Result is small relative to your high ticket product.
THEN:
Pay attention to these metrics:
- ROAS / net cost per call
- Booking rate
If your ROAS is 1 or greater, increase spend.
If not, make your ads and landing page better. Or consider adding an order bump.
If your booking rate is more than 15%, increase spend.
If below 15%:
A) make it easier to book a call
B) make it clearer why they should book a call
C) hire an appointment setter
That’s it. You don’t need to get caught up in the weeds.
Any questions DM me. I may or may not be building an insane product for this 🤫
The best piece of advice is that there’s no good advice.
One time I bought a very popular program for marketing agency owners. Was $10k for 4 months. At the time I had no clients and thought I needed some guidance and bought it.
In the first week I was on a call with the main guy who knew all the stuff. So I asked him if I should make X business decision. He told me no.
So I listened and had the most dry 3 months in business.
Once I gained clarity and went forward with the decision I had a good feeling about, I smashed my revenue goal. Had the most successful months in business I had ever seen.
Other people's information is trash 99% of the time. Very rarely do you get a good nugget that actually influencers your life's path. Most of the time it's just noise that disconnects you from inner knowing.
Deep down you always know what to do but inner knowing speaks quietly. You can’t hear it over other people’s voices. You need to shut it out.
Shutting it all out is when innovation happens. If you think you're going to build something special by following other people's advice, frameworks, or permission... you're mistaken.
You think Steve Jobs built apple by listening to other people? No. He had an insane idea that took hold of him so much that he spent the next couple decades making it real.
Study anyone who made a dent and you'll see this pattern.
How insane do you think Christopher Columbus seemed to your average dude in the 1400s? He had an idea about finding a new country that was so inspiring that he convinced a bunch of kings to fund the voyage.
So he crammed 100 men into 3 ships, 30 died, but he saw it through and 600 years later people still talk about him.
So if you have a big question that sounds something like
“Should I make this move in my life/business/relationship?”
Maybe the point isn't to be right.
Maybe the whole point is to find out.
Or maybe there's no path that's right or wrong, and you create the right one by deciding and taking action.
Whatever your question is, if you listen to others you're going to get OK results at best.
Yes of course, you can do cool things listening to other people. You can make good money, be generally happy, and help others. But if you want to leave a real dent in the world by the time your short life is over, you have to quiet the noise and connect to your knowing.
Marcus Aurelius wrote Meditations at the END of his life
He introspected after accomplishing basically everything
Introspecting at the beginning of his career was pointless... he had nothing to introspect about
Climbing the mountain is the whole point
Not thinking about climbing it
I like rich people because they're down to earth
Getting rich is challenging. You must face reality and drop your ego to find what works (aka profitable biz)
Most people take their fantasies and ego to the grave - but if you want to succeed in business (the right way) you have to abandon both
The result is a much more confident/resilient/pragmatic version of yourself that was buried under a bunch of bs before you figured out how to make money
Go get your bag 💰
Some days you're drowning. Others are bleak. A couple nearly take you out. And every now and again you're on top of the world.
But eventually you stop worrying about the ebbs and flows, and instead focus on doing your best. Genuine effort, focused on the right things, over long periods of time. One foot in front of the other.
Time passes, you look back, and realize how far that got you... the momentum builds and you realize you have no choice but to keep going

Low ticket funnel hack:
- Put a MEAN onboarding survey in between payment & product access
- Place testimonials based on survey answers
- Redirect the lead to direct call booking, webinar, or product based on quality
I do this all in typeform with lead scoring and send events back to the pixel 🤫
You will make more money when your only intention is to serve your customer
If you focus on how much $ is going into your pocket, not only will you make less…
The work will drain your energy faster
There is unlimited energy & ROI if your sole intention is to serve/positively impact
Last night I took Pinealon 30 mins before bed and had the most intense dreams of my life
At 2am I thought a plane was about to land on my bed
Thought it was 100% real, so I threw my entire body off my bed
Landed on the floor and got rug burn so painful that I couldn't fall asleep for another 2 hours
Never doing that sht again lol
@waitbutwhy … if you’ve ever taken Tesamorelin or Pinealon 30min before sleep without having eaten in the previous 2hrs you’re sleeping 6hrs waking like a kid on Xmas morning. Just saying.
