We didn't figure out our US GTM in a strategy workshop.
We figured it out over coffee.
2 years ago I started our US office with almost no network.
No warm intros.
No pipeline.
No local playbook.
Here's how a few conversations changed our entire company 🧵

@JustinLaute@zachmstuck Don’t want to take on @zachmstuck attention here but we in the hunt of Paid media growth manager, 7+ figures monthly, 5+ years experience. Meta, TikTok (ads) and Google. Large enterprise brand facing.
@FarmerNash_ Yeah, which is kind of absurd. The capabilities of the AI stack are already incredibly powerful, and with Cowork there are so many possibilities. Still, I see almost only reporting only use cases.
Growth marketers: are you actually letting Meta MCP or Manus manage real brand spend today, with real freedom?
Or is it mostly still used for reporting, insights, and asking questions?
Genuinely curious.

A customer canceled in our first year, left one line on the offboarding form: never used it after week two. Nobody read it for three weeks. We were busy shipping features nobody asked for. Growth doesn't die in a board meeting, it dies in a churn form nobody opens.
AI UGC is a hype that won’t last for long.
Influencers have earned the trust of their audiences, so they can influence decisions. UGC earns trust because it feels like a real customer sharing a genuine experience.
AI UGC is interesting, but I see it as a temporary shortcut, not a lasting strategy.
