I grew up watching my dad model what longevity can look like. From Ironman Championship at 50, to Boston Marathon at 70, to becoming the oldest person ever to finish the Marin Headlands half marathon. He’s 83 now and still runs, bikes, and fixes things around our house.

As a mother of three, I want my kids to have the chance at long, healthy lives, and I want to be there for all of it.

Everyone deserves this. That is a big part of why I joined @function to lead the People Team and why I’m giving away three memberships today.

One thing I’ve always loved about Melissa is her creativity and ability to reinvent. Culture can be a buzz word, but I know she’ll bring a fresh and innovative perspective. Can’t wait to learn!
