@GoWhippet what’s your policy on early running? For the 3rd time in a row I’m missing my train and in pain from having had to stand at the bus stop for over 20 minutes because the bus left early (by 4, 6 & 8 minutes). How early do I need to get to the stop to not miss the bus?

9/ 🏆 I made it! My health is not the best at the moment and I was a worried how I'd cope with everything. But I've managed to not entirely run out of spoons 🥄🥄 (although I did have to skip a talk today for a nap in the garden) #spoonie #ChronicIllness #DARTS8

Coming away from #DARTS8 with lots of ideas and thoughts. Thank you to the @arlgdarts committee, all the speakers and delegates, and @DartingtonTrust for great couple of days. Some things that really resonated with me / key takeaways are:

8/ 💭 More conferences should be in places like Dartington - the self-containedness of the venue made the whole thing a bit less draining and the peacefulness of the surroundings aided recharge and reflection 🏰🌸⛲ #DARTS8
