There are other problems with using any figure such as population density (which also helps the UKs argument), but that's not something so simple I'd expect people on twitter to get right.

Use the right figures to back up your statements, don't willingly mislead.

This data is available for free in Excel format online, you could easily remake this graph in minutes. But you'd rather use the graph that makes the UK look better

Like i said, absolute figures will make the UKs numbers look high because we have a large population. So comparing our absolute testing figures to the absolute figures of countries with a smaller population makes us look better
