Here is a family recipe for a dip (from Damascus):
- cooked beetroot (boiled), grated.
- add 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- salt, pepper
- lemon juice (1 small / to taste)

@Ligne8_RATP faut trouver une autre solution que d'arrêter le traffic de balard à la motte piquet à chaque fois qu'une personne oublie son sac dans le metro. Il ya des milliers de personnes qui sortent du metro chaque instant, ça arrive qu'une oublie son sac. C'est humain.
