@NatWest_Help Is there anything wrong with the app today? Whenever I try to open it, it's opening a browser for online banking. I can't use this as I don't have a card reader on me.

@TfL Filled that in last time to ask for a refund as invisible buses made me go over an hour, got fobbed off. Once again, 3 invisible buses before a real one came. What is the point in the screens or the app as they are so inaccurate 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Companies (ahem, @VodafoneUK) need to realise, especially in current circumstances, if they can't win/keep customers based on low costs and are selling themselves/relying on service/perks, they need to make sure they actually provide good service/perks 🤦🏻♀️ #customerservice
@dhlexpressuk@DHLGlobal I had a voicemail asking to call back, with a ref. Put in the ref, no updates. Can't speak to an advisor unless I state what it's about, I don't know as it didn't say in the voicemail. Plus I have to pay to go round in circles on your line 🙄 Not helpful.
