PSA when booking @Airbnb & @vacasa: they won't refund your stay or even credit for future stay if you can't make it to your rental due to state police road closures from extremely bad weather. Apparently you're supposed to be able to predict that yourself #guessijustsuck

It's not like we wanted to cancel, but we physically had no way of getting there. Over 30 cars were abandoned. Cars were sliding out even with chains on. Complete white out conditions. Downed powerlines. The roads were closed for our entire stay.

@JetBlue Shout out to @JetBlue for their stellar and fast customer service. Understandably the wait was long with probably everyone calling for their flights, but they handled my flight changes/cancellations and provided me with options that worked for me. Will always fly Blue!

@JetBlue my flight from JFK to MCO on Thursday got cancelled but my first leg (BOS to JFK) hasn't. What should I do -- it doesn't show cancelled on the website when I go to manage my trips but it does on the app (only for second leg).
