@bewestisdoing Would be very helpful for new parents of a T1, it's a lot of manual figuring, and ongoing. Would be nice to take that burden off people in a similar way to the heavy lifting APs do.
@bewestisdoing I've been thinking about an AI assistant that would take data from Loop, Clarity, NS, etc and offer recommendations. i.g. you seem to be having a pattern of night lows, here are suggestions for adjusting/testing your ISF/IC/basal rates and guidance on correct carb counting.
@radiobigtex Your reporting from the convention center right after Katrina, when Robert Siegel alley ooped to you after taking to Chertoff was the single most powerful live reporting I ever heard. I was working the online news desk at the time. Thank you.
@Illeanarama@bob_hendricks Amazing as the bet teller. One of my favorite comedic scenes is when Dreyfus places his final bet and they have a smoke together. The tone is perfect.
@ThePlanetaryGuy My wifeβs dad, who never went to college, engineered hardware for ALMA. Amazing guy. He passed away last year. So pleased to see this. Thanks for posting.
@AndreaLimbourg Making those calculations on my own seems like the bad old days of MDI and carb counting. Make it super simple for new T1s and those who care for them.
@AndreaLimbourg My two cents: put more effort into AI or other means to help dial in and adjust patientsβ basal rates, ISF, and carb ratio and variances by time of day. And let the AI adjust on the fly. Would increase TIR also.
