@311DCgov my ticket was closed, but my recycling has not been collected! It’s been sitting at the curb all day. Got the email at 3:11pm. Just now (6:12) took that bin pic.

@311DCgov I put in a request 13 days ago for residential bulk collection (19-00300039). I received 2 separate emails saying my collection would be today, 6/17. Now my trash is sitting on the curb in the rain because no one came to collect it.

@DCDPW 311 request number 19-00308617. Look it up. My recycling hasn’t been collected on the scheduled day unless I complain on social media. This is the 2nd time we have gone 2 weeks in a row without pickup. It’s been picked up on the scheduled day once in the last month.
