@BoschHomeUK I want an answer to my missing Oven. I understand supply issues, but don’t tell me it will be 10 weeks when ordering, take £1000 of my money and 26 weeks later, still no oven or ETA! Unacceptable!

@CWOA I have been queuing for rides all day, some in excess of 2 hours. I purchased a basic reserve and ride upgrade for 4 a further £120. Lots of rides gone technical resulting in my upgrade a waste of £120! I want my money back!

@BoschHomeUK I understand delays, however you cannot even give me an indication as to when our oven will arrive, which Bosch have ultimately been paid for. I was told 10 weeks at point of order, then 20 weeks. I have been waiting 25 weeks now and still no oven! No goodwill, no Empathy, poor!
