Yesterday was a classic living example of the eternal quote
“The right time to leave is when people ask, ‘Why now?’ instead of ‘Why not?’”

Akash Maeen lived and worked in Hyderabad with his pregnant wife. A few days ago, he traveled to Mumbai, where his parents resided, to gift them a car.
The car delivery was delayed, and while returning from the showroom on his bike, with his wife as a pillion rider, his parents were in an auto ahead. Suddenly, another auto cut sharply in front of Akash, nearly causing him to fall. He honked and told the driver to be more careful.
The auto driver became enraged and started hurling abuses. A physical altercation ensued, and auto driver called his friends. Soon, 15-20 people began assaulting Akash. His wife, mother, and father, who rushed to help, were also injured. Tragically, his wife suffered a miscarriage, and Akash succumbed to his injuries.
Akash was not at fault, yet he paid with his life, the life of his unborn child, and left a family shattered forever.
We have a serious issue on our hands. We're living among zombies, goons, and criminals, who won't hesitate to kill over something as trivial as overtaking or honking. But for you, your life and your family’s safety should matter more than your ego. It’s not worth working hard, paying taxes, only to be lynched on the road for no reason. Your argument won't change their minds. On the road, keep calm. Don’t argue. Don’t react. Let it go.
This is called situational awareness, not cowardice. I’m not blaming Akash at all, he was right, but it’s better to be wrong and alive than right and dead.
After Mahabharata Brutal war ENDED it left a Mother DEVASTATED.
Mother of Kauravas; After seeing his Sons lifeless on the battlefield. She CURSED Krishna Ji: "His entire clan will be DESTROYED".
This is how a Mother’s "CURSE" sealed LONELY & TRAGIC DEATH of "Shri Krishna"...
From being delegated work to delegating work is the biggest challenge. Doing too many small irrelevant things at once makes you feel “busy” without getting you anywhere
Focus on what is up to you. Use this as a second chance. We can’t always be understood and certainly we haven’t been, but we can always strive to understand

«When my husband died, because he was so famous and known for not being a believer, many people would come up to me ― it still sometimes happens ― and ask me if Carl changed at the end and converted to a belief in an afterlife.
They also frequently ask me if I think I will see him again. Carl faced his death with unflagging courage and never sought refuge in illusions. The tragedy was that we knew we would never see each other again. I don't ever expect to be reunited with Carl.
But, the great thing is that when we were together, for nearly twenty years, we lived with a vivid appreciation of how brief and precious life is. We never trivialized the meaning of death by pretending it was anything other than a final parting.
Every single moment that we were alive and we were together was miraculous-not miraculous in the sense of inexplicable or supernatural. We knew we were beneficiaries of chance.
That pure chance could be so generous and so kind. That we could find each other, as Carl wrote so beautifully in Cosmos, you know, in the vastness of space and the immensity of time. That we could be together for twenty years. That is something which sustains me and it’s much more meaningful.
The way he treated me and the way I treated him, the way we took care of each other and our family, while he lived. That is so much more important than the idea I will see him someday. I don't think I'll ever see Carl again. But I saw him. We saw each other. We found each other in the cosmos, and that was wonderful».

Hoping for a successful awakening for another set of assignments!
Else, it will forever stay there as India's lunar ambassador.
You've heard of 2-hour cocktail parties.
But what about 2-hour reading parties?
I attended one last week and it was a blast.
Here's how to make reading fun and meet new people by hosting a reading party:
1) Pick a 2-hour timeslot on a weekday like Tuesday from 7-9pm.
2) From 7-7:15pm let people arrive, chat, and offer them water or a drink.
3) At 7:15pm start the 1st 30-minute reading session (ask people to silence their phones and read quietly beforehand).
4) At 7:45pm have people break out into 2-3 person groups. Give each person 3 minutes to share what they're reading and a key lesson they learned.
5) During this time people can also use the bathroom, grab a drink, or have a snack (have small finger foods like grapes, cheese, and crackers).
6) At 8pm start the 2nd 30-minute reading session.
7) At 8:30pm have people break out into different 2-3 person groups (that way they meet new people) and share what they're reading and have learned.
8) At 8:45pm everyone comes together and 3-4 volunteers share what they learned with the group. Other people can add their thoughts or ask questions.
9) At 9pm thank everyone for coming and wish everyone a good night.
10) After the event, the host should email everyone a document with the names of all the books people were reading and a 1-sentence summary of each one. That way people can easily add a book to their TBR list if it caught their attention during the party.

Takeaway 1:
Reading doesn't have to be a solo activity, it can be social one. A reading party is a great way for introverts to meet new people while also getting their reading done and discovering new books.
Takeaway 2:
Find your tribe. If you want to read more, find places where other people are reading (like a library, coffee shop, or quiet park). If everyone is doing what you want to do, you're more likely to do the same activity.
For most sports people, achieving any one of scoring a great goal at a football World Cup, making a Test double century, or taking a 7 wicket haul would be career defining.
Ellyse Perry has done all three.
There is no comparison of languages, however in the current urban scenario this point has to be re-established.

I hadn't imagined a day would come when an American President would issue a statement that an order placed by an Indian company would lead to "one million American jobs over 44 states..."
