Hello @wizzair - voted Europe’ worst airline and unfortunately proving it. Been bumped off the flight as apparently oversold by 20%. Only finding out at the airport.
I’m caller number 32 in line and wait time is ca an hour.
Very sad I have to occasionally fly with you.

@British_Airways Hi - I need to change a flight (to quite far out) and the cost of change is huge (£312.06). However if I just go to book the same flight is 78 euros. How does that compute? It’s supposed to be free to change and it’s obviously not the fare difference!!!!

@British_Airways another jewel: my flights are cancelled so I should get a refund. That’s not automatic & I have to request it. However your system does not recognise the card number I booked the trip with. And of course can’t get through on the phone either. FIX YOUR WEBSITE!

@British_Airways As said I already spoke to the booking team. They could see the price but not actually book it, and ended up agreeing with me. So #nothelpful !!!!!

@British_Airways I am trying book a holiday on your website with the business class offer. However I think you are trying to be a bit clever, and cheaty! as when I go to actually book the business class option never comes up, and the price seems to have been economy all along!

@British_Airways So, my dear Leanne, I called BA to help me with the booking and turns out the call centre can see exactly what I could because they use the same website. And of course weren’t able to actually book the price you advertise either. Please explain?
