Your service team claims our 1-year-old Taigun (driven <10,000 km) had clutch failure due to “driving style” — yet they are refusing to provide any written technical report to support this.

(2/3)If this is truly due to driving, why is there no written justification?This was a serious safety risk and a traumatic experience for our family.A premature failure at such low mileage, followed by refusal to provide written proof, is unacceptable. @volkswagenindia

(3/3) And today we're with 9 month old baby in the car. Literally it's an horrible situation.All our dreams went vain with today's situation.And service centre informed us that it'll cost 25k to change the clutch plates.

(2/3) Last year as our polo car stopped in the middle of the road and I'm pregnant by that time and my husband don't want to risk and he exchanged polo and bought taigun and we didn't travelled 10k kms with the car. Literally tears are coming out of my eyes.

చదువుతువుంటే కొన్ని పేజీలలో ప్రేమ❤️ ని అనుభూతి చెందెలా చేసారు ,
