I ordered a very high end expensive product from @AmazonHelp and they sent me a return missing pieces…and I spent over an hour on the phone and they won’t process as a replacement. So I have to wait till Monday for my refund and then I can order it again when they sent me trash

NEW: Another six days of stats showing that someone at DC911/@OUC_DC flat out lied to @washingtonpost's @DanLamothe when they claimed that the public only gets the dreaded recording sometimes, when there is an “unpredictable spike in calls”. I don't think 825 people hanging up on Sunday after 15 seconds equals sometimes. The same with the 1358 people whose calls took more than 15 seconds to answer. And this is just some of the bad news. OUC continues to coverup the rest, refusing to provide data and information required by law. And no one in a leadership position is doing a thing about it. #FixDC911
