$KNSL - My second write-up on Kinsale exploring whether Rev growth of >20% CAGR is achievable for this specialty insurer in the next 4-5 years
Durability of Kinsale’s growth , by @limhongyu https://t.co/9vzXiQVOtZ
@jiahanjimliu@pequityresearch Then CRWV will have lower margins if the GPU + HBM cost components go up and they cannot lock them down on LT basis?
I suppose NBIS is fine because they sell more shorter term deal and don’t lock themselves up
@OwningBusiness What % of the revenue growth comes from real estate appreciation of the stores/land they own? They should have a sizeable exposure with so many store locations
$KNSL I still see more upside to this rally if it can grow topline >20% for the next few years.
I wrote an article few weeks ago why I think Kinsale can deliver these targets:

$KNSL You all own these flashy tech companies. I own specialty insurance:
- EPS up 54% Y/Y
- Combined ratio of 72.1%, resulting in a 28% operating margin
- Net income increased 94% this fiscal year
Blowout 4Q

- Dec 21 2023: 121MW acquisition from Basalt and Soltage
- Jan 31 2024: 84MW acquisition from VC Renewables (Vitol)
947MW asset portfolio by Q124.Path to 1.1GW looking good @BlueDuckCap
@limhongyu Construction bucket should add at least 150mw...figure about 25mw/quarter avg for acquisition co. We have penciled in a little over 1.1 GW by end of next year.
@GaliciaInvestor I have watched both, great videos on describing how they achieve industry leading combined ratio. I couldn’t really extract too much on his industry outlook unfortunately. Will watch it again to see if I pick up anything the 2nd time.
