The Israeli army has intentionally destroyed part of the water plant infrastructure in the town of Markaba. This is a war crime and an act of genocide. Israel systematically targets civilian infrastructure in Lebanon.
Genocide is defined under Article Il of the 1948 UN Genocide Convention as any act committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group. One of the five acts is “deliberately imposing destructive life conditions.”
Remember that more than 65 towns and villages in Lebanon are still under Israeli occupation and are still undergoing daily illegal civilian home and infrastructure demolition.
“The war in Gaza” is actually “the Genocide in Gaza.”
“Settlers” is actually “terrorist invaders.”
“The war in Lebanon” is actually “the Genocide in Lebanon.”
“A safe zone” is actually “occupation.”
“The not war in Iran” is actually “the illegal war in Iran.”
“The heightened tensions with Cuba” is actually “the unilateral U.S. aggression against Cuba.”
“Collateral damage and human shields” is actually “murder children and innocent civilians.”
“Iran-backed Houthis” is the same as
“American-backed Israel.”
“Arresting Venezuelan President” is actually “kidnapping Venezuelan President.”
The media uses euphemisms to control the narrative. The media is complicit
The genocide in Gaza started under Biden, and 173 House Democrats voted to send over $26 billion for the genocide in 2024, including many members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.
Many self-described progressives in the Democratic Party have voted for Israeli military equipment such as the Iron Dome, Arrow, and David’s Sling, which they claim are “defensive.”
But the truth, as we all know, is that no aspect of the genocidal project can be considered "defensive." All the weapons are part of the genocidal hardware of the Israeli state. They have allowed Israel to carry out slaughter in Gaza with impunity. They have also enabled Israel to brutally attack Lebanon, Iran, Syria, and Yemen. Israel has bombed Yemen on 16 separate occasions just last year. There is nothing “defensive,” or defensible, about any of this.
We need to fight to end all military aid to Israel and for a full and permanent arms embargo on Israel. https://t.co/sh3zyhgTI7
@nxt888 As someone living through this genocide in Gaza, I can tell you that the International Court and "global justice" are a cruel lie.
We are being killed live on screen while the world watches.
If international law can't stop a live
streamed genocide, what is it even for? 💔🇵🇸
Gaza was livestreamed.
That sentence should have ended the world as we know it.
A genocide, documented in real time, filmed by its victims, uploaded from phones in rubble, available to anyone on Earth with an internet connection, watched by hundreds of millions of people while it was happening.
And the governments of the world's self-described democracies continued to supply the weapons.
And the platforms continued to suppress the content.
And the people continued to scroll.
And the weapons continued to arrive.
We live in the first era of human history where it is possible to watch, in real time, the killing of a people, to see their faces, to hear their voices, to watch the moment the building falls, and for all that visibility to produce almost nothing.
Almost nothing.
No Nuremberg.
No intervention.
Hashtags. Protests that were permitted and then ignored. A ceasefire resolution vetoed. More weapons authorized.
If visibility alone could stop power, Gaza would have stopped it.
It didn't.
Which means we need to stop telling ourselves that awareness is the same as action.
That sharing is the same as solidarity.
That witnessing, even anguished witnessing, even enraged witnessing, is, by itself, a political act.
It is not.
The empire has made peace with being watched.
It has made peace with your outrage.
It factored your outrage into the plan.
And then it dropped the bomb anyway.
Venezuela cut ties with Israel 17 years ago.
This is the new puppet president we installed in Venezuela meeting with the IDF this week.
I wonder if this is why we kidnapped Maduro? 🤔
Israel is bombing Gaza as the U.S. is bombing Iran. The news media talks about oil prices while the region is on fire because of a genocidal, apartheid state.
These are human beings whose lives are being destroyed, when is it enough?
IT’S DO OR DIE TIME AMERICA!
The NDAA has moved to the Senate. Time to flood the phone lines!
Since there are 2 versions, tell your Senators to REMOVE all Israel sections:
- NO ISRAEL INTEGRATION
- NO ISRAEL COOPERATION
- NO ISRAEL INTEL INTEGRATION
In the past 24 hours, Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel got the US Congress to merge the US military with Israel’s military and Trump to push Saudi Arabia to join the Abraham Accords. This is what happens when your government is captured by foreign interests.
There’s a difference between a safe NO vote and a courageous NO vote and the American people deserve to know the difference.
Here’s how it impacted the NDAA final passage yesterday.
AIPAC celebrates the U.S. House of Representatives passing the NDAA with Section 219 (formerly Sec. 224) included, which advances U.S.-Israeli military integrations.
They specifically thank the following 4 representatives for pushing pro-Israel provisions:
⚠️ Rep. Ronny Jackson
⚠️ Rep. Don Davis
⚠️ Rep. Mike Rogers
⚠️ Rep. Adam Smith
Former Congressman Dennis Kucinich warns that Section 219 of the NDAA is a complete, well-planned takeover of the United States military by Benjamin Netanyahu.
He says the bill will give Netanyahu the ability to direct the U.S. military.
"But the truth is that it is laying the groundwork for an entanglement that has never happened in the history of the United States."
"This is totally unprecedented."
I’m proud to announce that we’ve just built another school in Gaza that will be open for 500 more students at the start of the new school year in September. Our schools are 100% free. We also provide books, supplies, and uniforms, as well as psychological and nutritional support.
