@RogersHelps It was a Corporate location, we went through the entire process and there was a unhelpful error at the end. The agent tried 3 or 4 times and then told me to go contact the chat.
what the hell @Rogers I just want a new esim for a phone that was stolen. I called customer care, they told me to go to a store, the store can't issue, tell me to chat online, they can't issue, tell me to call customer care, customer care tells me to go into a store...

@EpsonCanada Hi can I get an email address to send a support ticket to? Your site is broken and wont let me select a required dropdown to email support. Phone agents are not helpful in providing either support or an email address.

@HuzzuDesu@Eternith I'm pretty sure that JAL/ANA pay to hook up their tail/belly cams to IFE, but they should generally come standard on all A350/A380/B777, but most airlines won't pay the extra to hook them up to IFE monitors
