Garmin provide the same metric too. Basically these new metric didn't attract me at all because they are just post-processing data and untrustable. The reason why I choose apple watch is because of the UI design and the iOS ecosystem. Whoops user will not switch to aw unless the charging problem can be resolved.

同意，对我来说， agent 「目前」最高的价值是把想法落地的速度以及近乎0成本的 engineering 试错能力。如果我有无限 token 和对应的计算资源，开1000个 subagents 来验证想法会相当炸裂，一个月的工作可能 1h 就能完成。最近最棒的一个体验是，可以指挥 agent 在想法验证阶段就把算法写成 cuda kernel，在一开始就把计算榨干，体验不能更好

我觉得每天高强度使用 coding agent 的大家应该都能感觉到，模型本身大部分时候并不会显得特别聪明，至多是比较 knowledgeable + decently smart。单看每一步，大部分回答和决策都挺 reasonable，但很少让人惊艳。但 agent 的工作模式和人类很不一样。哪怕只有一个 agent，靠着不知疲倦地反复 trial-and-error（or scaling test-time compute if you will lol），也能做出非常炸裂的效果，更别提这次证明NS直接10k+ agents协同工作了。感觉人类社会的组织形式从来没考虑过这种情况：一群 decently smart agents 不知疲倦地持续工作，沟通、协作也不需要花大量精力去照顾彼此的情绪、处理内耗。如果这些在人类组织里习以为常的摩擦都不存在了，组织效率能高到什么程度？这么想，感觉从 AGI 到 ASI，可能光靠组织形式的升级就能跨出很大一步。

I like the design of Omarchy, but I'm also worried about its development. It's going to be really hard to convince average users who've been using Windows or macOS their whole lives to get used to a tiling window manager or scrolling layout. I can't imagine my mom or my girlfriend being able to master that.

This remind me to give GPT-6 a try at building Isaac Sim scenes. If it works, this would be a game-changer for our event simulator and using event in robotic task.

GPT-6 does real2sim end to end from robot demonstrations.

I gave it only multi-view RGB and robot actions, and one simple prompt.

It calibrated the cameras, built the object assets, performed physics system-ID, ran MuJoCo, and rendered in Blender.

It connected the wearable I built for my back pain, to a biomechanical model of my body.

I can see which muscles are causing my pain everyday, so I give myself PT literally made for my body.

There's going to be unlimited healthcare for all!
