Subsaharan Africans have a median IQ under 70, clinically retarded. The cumulative discoveries of Africans you mentioned were all independently discovered, Europeans didn't build upon what Africans had already discovered, there was nothing new to learn.

East Asians would probably have initiated their own industrial and scientific revolutions, given enough time, if Europe hadn't, maybe others groups would have too, but Africans would have never because median IQ is simply too low.

It's just a genetic reality. Subsaharan Africans are just too different to other humans.
