Very disappointing experience with IGP. I ordered a particular product, but received an entirely different item. Despite the mistake being clearly on the seller’s side, the customer support team is refusing to accept the return or provide a proper resolution.

This mistake is extremely serious. I had specifically ordered veg food, but I was served non-vegfood. I do not consume non-veg during Navratri, and this has directly hurt my religious sentiments.

@makemytripcare has blatantly denied my refund just because I submitted an official online visa refusal letter from the New Zealand Embassy—the ONLY format they issue.
