@indexnforgetit @WallStreetApes She was on month to month. Where i lived at before they had people on that. When a new owner bought the property they had 30 days to vacate. I had 6 months cause of my lease. All my neighbors left and I was the only 1 in the building. Lol. I was lucky enough to purchase a house.
