@HMRCcustomers my son has just turned 16 plans to go to college tried to create an account to update child benefit as per letter but says unable to as I'm either U18 (clearly not if I have a 16yr old) or technical error. Is there another way? Phone call said wait til sept

@NHSBSA_OHS I tried to replace my son's card (u16) and it said to do new application so I did for myself and child. I've since received 2 emails 1 saying cannot process and replace card and 1 saying successful. How do I know whos has worked and who's old card I need to replace
