What happened today at Texas A&M was unacceptable. No young man should face that level of aggression outside of the field of play. Especially, not from someone there to protect. This officer had the audacity to do this in front of millions. What does he do when no one’s watching? It didn’t escalate today, but that doesn’t mean it never has or will.

11 years ago today, the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary took place, taking 26 lives. 26 lives that were in a place of learning, a place of community, a place of connection, what they thought and hoped was a place of safety. In the years since, we have seen so many other shootings at schools. So many other lives taken. Yet, it never gets easier to witness or more comprehendible to understand how someone could do this. How someone could take someone else's life, especially in an elementary school.

Be reminded today that we all have a voice. We all can make a difference. We can all speak up and move humanity forward, asking for common senses gun laws that would make events like Sandy Hook, and the so many other school shootings, preventable. Let's remember these lives lost on this day and make changes that protect us all. Let's honor the families that have been forever changed, and make sure this is no one else's reality. #sandyhook

LeBron has done more in the community than practically any other person in our society in any walk of life. He's never gotten in a whiff of trouble. Frisco Police terrorize a black family at gunpoint after a cop runs Arkansas plate numbers through the Arizona database and then assumes the car is stolen when the plates don't show up.
They then force the entire family out of the car one by one at gunpoint, making women and small children obey their commands and march backward. This is just a small portion of the 20-minute stop.
