@etihad recently flew business, a one off holiday of a lifetime treat, however, my suitcase did not arrive until day 3. Etihad have offered me £30 for the time,stress and upset. Prebooked seats were also changed, so we were not sat together. Not quite the treat I had dreamed of😏
