@triffic_stuff_ I had a mental health assessment this week (I've got eupd) I was told I needed cbt and trauma therapy. Cbt is a 2 Yr waiting list and trauma therapy is a 4 Yr wait !

@ThebestFigen When my children went to playgroup they used similar things if not the same. I was very happy that my children were 1 going out in the fresh air to the local park or canal to feed the ducks and 2 safe
