The Mississippi State Medical Examiner's autopsy report found no water in his lungs or airways, despite the grand jury report suggesting Nolan Wells' death was an accidental drowning. The cause and manner of death remain undetermined, with documented evidence of head injuries noted in the report.
Bravo @RepBeatty 👏👏
Trump is no match for a black woman! Especially a smart, accomplished one like the Congresswoman.
That’s why he’s always so triggered & lashes out.
This statement completely absolves my constituent Davey Hearn of Trump’s fraudulent prosecution against him for vandalism. It implicates Trump who gave a $15 million no-bid sweetheart contract to his Mar-a-Lago pool guy to do the bungled rush-job on Trump’s stupid scheme. Trump must pay for Davey’s legal bills and apologize in public. Now that the “Strait of Warm Ooze” cases have been solved, US Attorney Jeanine Pirro, the avowed enemy of vandalism against government property in D.C., can turn her skills to the criminal bulldozing of the East Wing of the White House, which cost us hundreds of millions of dollars, and defacement and desecration of the Kennedy Center by a desperado graffiti narcissist. We have some great leads in both cases! https://t.co/7RaQuOPZnn
Biden checks his watch at a ceremony and Fox does nonstop segments on it for weeks. But Trump falls asleep repeatedly at the 9/11 ceremony and they won’t even show it. But national broadcast news networks won’t show it either because that would be impolite.
If you were young in 2001, or weren’t even born yet, it can be hard to imagine what 9/11 felt like. The shock of that beautiful, cloudless morning. The heartbreak of the families whose loved ones were taken with such swiftness and cruelty. The realization that the forces of malevolence and violence were closer, and the future less certain, than we knew.
But in the days that followed, we felt something else, too. Pride in the rescue workers who had rushed to the scene, and the passengers who had stormed the cockpit. Admiration for the men and women who left behind lives of comfort to serve their country. A deep resolve that nothing would break the will of a truly United States of America.
Today Michelle and I are remembering those we lost that day, and those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the wars that followed. We pray for their families. And we hope Americans everywhere remember the true lesson of 9/11: that we can survive even our darkest days as long as we move forward as one nation and one people.
I am tired of people saying we can’t win in the Supreme Court.
I’m annoyed by those who say my firm is too partisan to be effective.
Today we won a huge redistricting fight before SCOTUS and a ballot access case before the Nebraska Supreme Court.
When we fight we win.
