The salary is peanuts and they still deduct half day's pay if you are 1 minute late. Full days pay if you are absent, even with a doctor's note. She counts school holidays as leave days so any day off is unpaid.

So glad I left before this could happen to me , i told them I was leaving on a Sunday didn't give notice because I never had a contract but I worked there for a year. And if I gave notice i'd get fired.
