@LShalott But given the small effect size, and lack of total conclusiveness of the data, the very real risk of side effects and the cost, I would advise people to really consider if this is the best way that money could be used in terms of the ill persons quality of life

@LShalott overall, I worry that these companies are taking advantage of desperate people, but also I don't think we can conclusively say it doesn't make any difference and I know this is a disease where people may feel anything is better than nothing.

@HollyStallcup fun fact I learned via sign at my work - revolving doors are better for efficient heating/cooling because it's never fully open to the outside and only exchanges a small amount of air with each turn
