@dremmaw @BMA_JuniorDocs Your HO salary of £18585 has increased (albeit not with inflation) to £29384 before London weighting. I’m assuming Dr B also does not work on calls/nights/weekends hence no supplement, and a 40 hour week will mean no 37% uplift for hours above
