@mikeuno0777 @vroomcars I did some investigating. I found out ATC titles in Colorado did titles for VROOM and got the ball moving by calling them! My small town got my registration and gave me my plates. Normally ATC sends to DMV, DMV sends BACK to ATC and then ATC sends to you. I saved 3 weeks of hell!
