技术这边 1. terra是最早上线的cosmos项目所以他们有最懂cosmos stack的dev 2. cosmwasm能成熟主要因为terra，虽然cw是hackathon上别的cosmos og做的，但一直到ust崩盘terra都是最大的cw链，当时差不多所有学cw的人都是为了在terra开发 3. terra的22年的开发体验就已经跟今天的osmosis neutron差不多，现在这些工具 beaker celatone newmetrics都是以前terra的人出来做的

initia说是封闭测试网，但已经能连了，js sdk和浏览器都有了，跟cosmos/terra的开发一模一样，直接看js sdk代码就好理解了，简单说就是cosmos sdk版的L1+一堆L2。L1的vm是用cosmos sdk module架接的aptos风格的move vm，L1自带一些基础move合约写的defi模块和代币标准，然后内置skip的slinky预言机。
