My 93 y.o. father is sitting outside Delhi airport while I am helpless in Lucknow. Booked on Lknw Trivandm via Hyderabad wich got delayed so AI Lknw booked him Lknw - Delhi & said that he wud get brding pass for 9.30 pm flght Del - Trvndrm. Now AI not responding. Please help.
