Hi I lost my credit card yesterday and I reported this on the app. It said I was going to get sent a new one but I haven’t had confirmation of this and now when I log into my online banking my credit card account is not there at all. Is this meant to happen? Ty

2/2 bank statements as I stopped banking with you years ago. I can only prove it with my ID and the account details I have. Would this be enough? Thank you

@NatWest_Help hello, I was just speaking to someone on the phone as I switched my bank account a few years ago but I think some money was transferred into the account. It was confirmed there is still money in there and I need to come into branch. However the issue is I have 1/2

2/2 received the funds. They have given an end to end iD but they say they can't trace it from their end. I'm just wondering if I can get any sort of confirmation that the money hasn't reached my closed account? Otherwise they wont refund me :( thank you

@NatWest_Help hi. I've been in contact twice recently about some money that has been sent to a closed account of mine that has gone missing. The selling app that sent the money is refusing to do anything until I have a letter from yourselves confirming that you haven't 1/2

@NatWest_Help hi, I was speaking to someone recently about a transfer of money from a selling app going to a closed account which hasn't bounced back. I was speaking with your customer care line and they advised I needed to get an end to end ID as this hasn't bounced back. 1/2

@NatWest_Help I am a bit concerned that the bank account is still open as I switched accounts and everything was redirected, but I still get correspondence sent to me occasionally. Is there a way I can check this? Thank you x
