@Ryanair are officially the worst airline for babies. Cannot take her cabin sized pram on board with me, and cannot take a travel cot and car seat in the 2 infant hold allowance. Massively unhelpful help desk. Couldn’t speak to anyone and live chat just copy pasted policy.
@Ryanair I have travelled very successfully with both @easyJet and @British_Airways and you cabin policy is totally confusing and not friendly to families. And your infant allowance is ridiculous - 1 pram and then either cot or car seat? Hopeless
@BoschGlobal horrendous customer service - brand new fridge freezer broken. Customer assistance line not working (?!) and engineer can’t come until Thursday next week. I have a brand new baby so this is not good.
@WayfairUK failed to load the chest of drawers I've ordered for a second time. And failed to tell me. Until I'd called Panther twice, been cut off and been on hold for 30 mins, waited at home for an extra hour, then chased the delivery driver. Perfect.
