So @VirginMoney have now sent me TWO letters (6 months apart), offering condolences on the death of my husband and asking for a death cert.
It’s properly upsetting.
Tweeted them just now and the reply is ‘well someone must have filled out a form’. 🤦🏼♀️
@VirginMoney I guess it’s a credit card? Which he is making payments on. Because he’s not dead.

If the team had been ‘informed to do so’, wouldn’t it make sense to be 100% sure that my husband was actually dead before sending this letter?
Do you get how potentially devastating it could be to get a letter like this?

@DHLeCommerce That number isn’t even DHL - it says to enter an extension number and then says the operator isn’t available. To recap: I would like to speak to a human about cancelling my order and receiving a refund.
So @virginmedia have raised their prices by 50% starting on 18th January. I have to give 30 days notice to cancel even though I’m out of contract. Absolute scammers.
@parcelforce Booked a delivery last Friday. Meant to be collected last Monday. Driver lied about picking it up. He hadn’t. Eventually picked up Tuesday. Promised 24 hr service. Parcel sent to wrong depot. Parcel still not with customer. Just appalling. How do I claim?
@TfL My daughter lost her phone on the bus on 31st Dec. It’s been found by bus driver and sent to South Ken(?). We even have a reference. There’s no way to contact South Ken - there’s urgent course work on her phone. Please help!!
@TfL We received an email on 4th January after our enquiry. We’ve heard nothing since. Please help as my daughter’s course work is on the phone. There must be a human I can speak to? You’ve had the phone since 31st December.
