@British_Airways I landed at Florence yesterday morning and you didn't include my suitcases on the flight, I have been running like a headless chicken trying to locate these, returning to my hotel from the airport where I found out that my ma n suitcase is now missing

@British_Airways BA intentionally made the decision not to include my suitcase and prioritised all the many US citizens travelling with tin of luggage absolutely despicable
