@mgoldst You don't have to know everything going in. Employers are looking for someone who can learn their way of working. But mostly, employers want someone who fits the team.
While it is USEFUL for everyone to have that functionality, its VALUE to a person with a disability that relies on a keyboard might be much higher than it is to a person without a disability.
Don't think simply of utility. Change your mindset to think value.
