@Carnage4Life It depends on the size of the company you are applying to. We are a very small company that doesn’t hire often. I will 100% notice a cover letter that shows you looked up what we do and read the job posting. At BigCo, the cover letter didn’t always get to me.

@blenster It is not a replacement for outdoor running, but much better than nothing. Wife and I use it to avoid backsliding on cold/rainy/busy days and it has helped a lot. Too long with just the treadmill and you notice the difference.
