@KelseyTuoc Sounds like something that comes up a lot that frustrates me about leftist populism: Government says "here's the rules", company follows the rules, courts get convinced they're bad rules and that they should *retroactively* punish the company for following them. Populists cheer.

If they *do* want advice, iron supplements (or lotsa dark green veggies + some kidney beans) and fiber would be my first guesses.

@NathanpmYoung Just vegetarian, but my answer is "maybe this person shouldn't be vegan".

I suspect vegan diet/supplements *can* solve this persons issues, but for a few people meat is extremely helpful/convenient health-wise, but it's uncommon, so I'd prioritize converting everyone else.

@augustautist @hankgreen This is false. There's definitely corruption, but we monitor the effectiveness of this aid and we have good evidence that it's actually saved close to 100 million people.
