Honestly @UPS are terrible , parcel should have been delivered a week ago , tracking system is pointless , email to customer service ignored , literally cannot get through to a human on the phone , ignored on twitter !! I need the parcel !! #terribleservice #frustrating

@AsdaServiceTeam This is the number for insurance ?? All i wanted was some of the 50s swapping for smaller notes to give the children their spending money and be able to buy lower value items ! I feel this is a bullying tactic to make customers not use the better online rate !

Awful customer service @asda ordered euros online its all in €50 I asked could i get some 20s and 10s to be told no if you have the online rate you get the highest denomination notes I told the cashier it doesnt say online she just shrugged would have gone elsewhere had i known
