@GWRHelp No I didn't, however there is simply NO excuse for cutting half the amount of carriages. You have enough money and resources as a company to mitigate these situations. Regardless of whether I booked a seat. When I haven't reserved a seat in the past there is no issue.

@GWRHelp you are an absolute disgrace. Commuter train on a Friday evening & you have 5 carriages instead of 10. Not only is it dangerous as the awful tracks are so rickety everyone is stumbling - paying £100+ to stand for an hour on a disgustingly overcrowded train.
