Be aware scam calls doing the rounds again from an Edinburgh number. Last one I got was from 01314677882.

DO NOT GO THROUGH ANY CHECKS WITH THEM JUST HANG UP. They will tell you there is a problem with your router.

@Debenhams Absolute disgraceful customer service from @Debenhams still trying to sort out a return issue from mid January. Filled in the same online query form 4 times now and each time you tell me it’ll be prioritised!!
