My inventory is not working as intended. It maxes out at 145 pieces.

I got the new Exotic Pistol from the Mastery mission, it went to my Stash even though I have plenty of available inventory space at the time. I switched to another character and I was able to put it into the inventory a few moments later after I marked it as a favorite the weapon is gone and I cannot find it anywhere.
still the inventory capacity is not correct. It maxes out at 145 pieces.
