"So my 7yr old nephew made this in school and some kid on the bus told him it looks nothing like the Bills logo. My nephew cried the whole way home. I’m asking everyone to share this, so we can show him all the love, and help him feel better... (cont)

Wrestling is an extracurricular activity and a privilege. You earn your right to be on the mat. If you break the law, are failing classes, or have poor conduct, you do not participate. Period. #charactermatters

I spent today in shock ab loss to suicide of Twitch. I thought the same things others did.The only thing I can relate to is when the lies in our head become so many &it’s hard to tell truth from fiction, the burden of leaving doesn’t compare to the burden you feel for staying.

Someone named Robert Owens wrote this when he shared my post this morning on @yiannidiako_LGR.. I thought this was so good that everyone should read it. Paints a pretty clear picture of the greatness Yianni has shown on and off the mat, including in rare defeat…

There are many times in sports & in life where it won’t be fun.The struggle is the part we find ourselves, test ourselves. The line in the sand that says on this side is where you are & the other side is where you wanna be&in between is a lot of hard work that may not be fun.

"Run hard when it gets hard to run. Everything starts with discipline. Practice until you can’t get it wrong - not just until you get it right. If you don’t respect it enough to do it right-when it’s the right way to do it, how can you be trusted in a game?" - Nick Saban
